As a parent, when my firstborn got infected with headlice, I got a scolding from the teacher telling me that I was a bad parent, for it was my fault that my child got infected with headlice, due to my negligence as a young mother. And I vowed that if I can help it, I will prevent any other parent from feeling as helpless or useless as I did.
